About Us
In 1999, a group of car nuts (Jack Bishop, William Brown, Mike Lee, Laurence Mikesell, and Rick Sternjacob) met at The Pizza Cafe and started a car club.  As word got out and the group went on outings together, the membership grew.  Before long, it was 20 members and their families.  At first, the objective was to go to rod runs, family outings, picnics and so forth, as a group.  There were loads of good times and a few memorable flops.  Our family has grown and we currently have 42 active member families.

Cruisen By The Bay Car Show
In 2000, the club decided to do its own car show.  Without much experience in planning, the club managed to put on a small show with 105 entries.  Satisfied with the results, the club decided to do it again in 2001.  Then, entered Walter Simon, a guy who really was not a car guy but a great promoter.  His expertise helped the show grow year-by-year, and it eventually grew to over 500 cars in 2007.  In 2006 Dennis Gage of "My Classic Cars" came to town and we ended up on national television.  2012 will be our 12th Annual Car Show.
